Smg 1000bp /1kb DNA ladder BLUE is a pre-mixed, ready-to-load molecular weight marker containing a blue tracking dye to visualise and monitor the process of DNA migration during agarose gel electrophoresis. Consists of plasmids that are digested with restriction enzymes to yield 13 bands for use as molecular weight standards during agarose gel electrophoresis that range in size from 250 to 10,000 base pairs. All fragments are blunt-ended. Available in a pack of 5, each with the mass of 50mg/500ml.
